MyMediScribe is an AI-powered tool that helps healthcare professionals capture, organize, and improve clinical documentation. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. Agreement to Terms

Use of MyMediScribe confirms your acceptance of these terms, including any updates. Continued use means you agree to any changes made.

7. Professional Responsibility

MyMediScribe is a tool to assist with clinical documentation. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for the accuracy of all clinical notes.

You must review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in patient care or submitting it to medical records.

The Service does not provide medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by MyMediScribe or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use it only as intended — modification, redistribution, or copying is not permitted.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

9. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

10. Termination

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYMEDISCRIBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
